Welcome! This is an experimental tool to attempt to train me (and maybe you!) to identify the hex codes of colors by sight. Heres how it works: the square below is black right now, but when you hit the start button it will change to a random color somewhere in hex color space. Enter the hex code in the text box below, and then just submit. Depending on how good you did, youll get a different response - im modeling closeness by concieving of the color space as a third-dimensional space and getting the distance between the coordinates given and the target.
